Adaptations based on works by authors and playwrights such as Willa Cather, William Faulkner, John Grisham, Graham Greene, Arthur Miller, Rosamunde Pilcher, William Shakespeare, George Bernard Shaw, John Steinbeck, Anne Tyler, August Wilson and Lanford Wilson are a regular staple of the rich Hallmark Hall of Fame tradition.
